During the interim of the transfer process you will be assigned a temporary phone number for you to use. **If you are using Clearwire you must call clearwire's customer care (1-888-clearwi -or- 1-888-253-2794) and request for them to open the ports for VoIP service from 808NetFone. The customer service agent will take down the information and put in the service ticket to open the appropriate ports on your clearwire modem. Depending on their workload, weekends, etc., they normally have the ports opened within 72 hours. Once the ports are opened you will be able to use the 808NetFone service with your clearwire modem. ***The minimum term of service is 1 year.
